Amy Cole brings 25+ years of diversified marketing, sales and operational expertise to her role as an M&A Advisor and Principal at ABI. Ms. Cole assists business owners of privately held companies with a variety of services including exit strategy planning, valuations, business sales, acquisitions and strategic marketing.
Ms. Cole has been advising Business Owners, Entrepreneurs and CEOs her entire career. A progressive background includes Vice President roles with venture backed start-ups, mid-market firms and public companies as well as the ownership of her own consulting practice. With diverse industry experience including high tech, manufacturing, distribution, business services, retail and advertising, Ms. Cole offers clients a unique perspective having directly led teams through multiple acquisitions, recapitalizations and IPOs.
Prior to joining ABI, Amy spent several years with Sunbelt, the world's largest network of highly trained brokers. Ms. Cole's demonstrated success is shown by bringing hundreds of products to market, strategically positioning companies for growth, closing high volume sales deals and negotiating successful transactions for Buyers and Sellers.
