Over 25 years of experience in finance, investing, engineering, and management working with Fortune 500 and startup corporations. The first half of his career focused on healthcare and the second half on mobile and finance. His past responsibilities have included Venture Partner, Vice President Corporate Development, Director of Engineering and Operations, and Director Mobile Products. Marc has led over 200 due diligence company evaluations for purposes of investment, M&A, and corporate development and has advised on over $2 billion in transactions. Marc is also a published author on entrepreneurship, finance, and engineering, and has been a board member and advisory board member for numerous early and growth stage companies.
Marc has a broad education in finance, private equity, engineering, and the sciences. He completed his Masters in Engineering from Stanford, and also holds an MBA in finance, and BS, BA and AB degrees. Marc also completed Wall Street’s Investment Banking Institute in private equity for leverage buyout, M&A, and corporate valuations. Marc was also a member of Stanford’s faculty, teaching adjunct as a Consulting Associate Professor in the School of Engineering. Member CABB, IBBA, M&A Source, IBI.
