Prior to starting his management consulting firm, Dante was Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Commerce Casino (“Commerce”), where he managed all aspects of corporate finance and financial operations.   Dante also served as Chairman of the Commerce Executive Committee where he led a cross-functional team of key executives in developing and executing corporate strategy; effectively partnering finance with operations and marketing to successfully execute the company’s strategic plan.

Dante has served on the California Gaming Association Board of Directors where he played a key role in enhancing the industry’s stature amongst the California Gambling Control Commission and Bureau of Gambling Control.   He prepared and successfully presented the financial impact analysis for Proposition 68 (2004) to the California Legislative Analyst, resulting in a ballot caption and summary supporting a $1 billion annual revenue estimate.

Prior to his role with Commerce, Dante worked in the accounting department of Avery Dennison Corporation (a Fortune 500 company) and at Laventhol & Horwath, Certified Public Accountants (“L&H”), in various positions in the audit department.  During his tenure with L&H, Dante was responsible for supervising multiple engagements for accounting, auditing, tax and litigation support services.
