Thursday, October 16, will be the final CABB 202 2-hour course, which introduces members to the CABB Broker Opinion of Value (BOV) tool. This Course is free and is a glimpse of the current 201 course. This class will be recorded.
In 2022 CABB developed a new Broker of Opinion tool. So, if you attended CABB 201 PRIOR to 2022, you should register to attend. This course is an introduction to the BOV tool and you will receive a copy of the most current tool. Other options include taking advantage of the $25 retake fee and attend one of the 201 courses later this year.
If you have taken CABB 201 since 2022 and would like a refresher, register today.
Course Requirements:
In order to participate in the virtual education course, all participants are required to:
- Use a laptop with an embedded camera or a desktop computer with an attached webcam/speaker.
- Attendees MUST show their video at all times.
- Attend and remain engaged throughout the entire duration (100%) of the 2-hour course as your attendance will be tracked.
