A Triage CPA's Perspective On Helping Sellers Prepare Their Business For Sale
The Sacramento Chapter of the California Association of Business Brokers (CABB) will host its next meeting on Tuesday, June 9, 2020 from 11:30am to 12:30pm, via Zoom. During the meeting, Lynne Painter with Triage Management will share her thoughts on Business For Sale prep. Topics will include Accounting, Tax, and Dealmaking steps. As a friendly reminder, the meeting is only open to Sacramento residents and chapter members.

Lynne Painter is the founder of Triage Management. Founded in 1995, the practice works hands on with business owners who were not being served by their tax compliance oriented accountants. Prior to founding Triage, Lynne worked for a large national CPA firm and several regional firms based in San Francisco and as an in house CFO for several small and medium sized businesses. She has a BS in accounting from the University of South Carolina and first licensed as a CPA in 1986. In the last 15+ years, Lynne has worked on over 70 small business due diligence assignments, primarily on the buy side.
