During our no-cost, no-obligation introductory call, you’ll give me a high-level overview of your business. I’ll explain the sales process and what’s needed to estimate your business’s value. Ideally, I will need to review 3 years of financials (tax returns, profit & loss statements, and balance sheets). If financials are not available, I can still help determine a fair market value using alternative methods.

I will discreetly market your business or practice to this database and use our advanced strategies, including web, social media, and artificial intelligence to identify the right buyers —without revealing the business name or location. The only prospective buyers who pass through our careful screening process and have signed our NDA and provided proof-of-funds can receive further details.
Closing & Transition:
Depending on the deal structure, you may be asked to stay on temporarily to assist with training or transition. Depending on the complexity of the transaction, the escrow period can range from 2-weeks to 3-months.
