Sherry specializes in guiding and representing owners in the sale of their small to mid-market businesses. Her list of past clients include buyers and sellers engaged in a broad range of industries including service and manufacturing, distribution, various service industries, plus retail shops, aviation flight schools, dental laboratories, parts manufacturing, language translation, and many more.
Prior to serving the small business community, Sherry spent over 30 years in technical and workflow development for sales/marketing processes as well as negotiating for a 'win/win' resolution. Dedication and attention to detail is what enables Sherry to fully understand her client’s personal as well as business needs, ultimately leading to a successful and progressive transition from initial contact to completion of the sale.
Sherry holds a B.S. in Management of Information Systems from the University of San Francisco. She has an active interest in humanitarian issues through her active involvement as a member of the board of directors for the Modesto Chapter of Flying Samaritans. She is a proud member of the International Business Brokers Association and California Association of Business Brokers.
