A licensed real estate agent since 2004 and an active member of the California Association of Business Brokers, Ryn Longmaid represents both buyers and sellers the ownership transfer of restaurants, food service businesses, and businesses operating with a sustainable/social mission. Adept with liquor license transfers, she also consults on all phases of business plan creation as a tool to secure funding and to articulate the vision of the venture. With over 20 years in the food service industry, Ryn was the founding chef/owner of a successful restaurant and has held many jobs in the culinary industry from personal chef to executive chef. After receiving an MBA in Sustainable Business Management, Ryn has taught management courses to culinary management student and currently holds an adjunct faculty post at The Culinary Institute of America-Greystone in Napa County. Passionate about entrepreneurship in the restaurant industry, Ryn is committed to providing authentic and excellent service in Sonoma, Napa and Marin Counties.
