David Chavez is an alumnus of the Graziado School of Business and Management at Pepperdine University. He worked in the visual communications industry for 20 years before acquiring the first of 4 companies he grew and sold (both private and franchise businesses). David is considered a forward thinking & creative entrepreneur by his peers. His businesses are responsible for developing innovative [and cost saving] solutions for notable clients such as Nike, Sony Pictures and the California Lottery.

 In 2011, he started a career as a business broker with Business Team followed by BizEx Business Brokerage Technologies. David specializes in selling construction service companies and manufacturing businesses. To date, he has sold multiple plumbing and HVAC companies, home restoration businesses, aerospace manufacturers, and sheet metal plants.

David speaks conversational Spanish and enjoys traveling and spending time at home or outdoors with his wife and two teenage sons.
