Ed has a diverse business background including over 25 years experience as an executive manager for a Fortune 500 company, business owner and business broker. Ed is the current President of the California Association of Business Brokers and has been on the CABB Board of Directors for nine years since 2012. His experience and background includes expertise in the manufacturing, wholesale/distribution, business services, construction, healthcare, transportation, logistics, retail and many other industries. Ed obtained his Master of Business Administration from the USC Marshal School of Business and Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the University of Maryland. Ed is a licensed real estate salesperson, CABB Certified Business Broker, NACVA Certified Business Appraiser and registered Professional Engineer in the State of California.
