Teri is an experienced business broker specializing in restaurant, bar, specialty food, grocery, and main street business sales throughout California. She possesses years of professional business experience and expertise in commercial real estate sales and leasing.
After graduating from USC, she joined Rykoff Sexton (currently US Foods) selling food and equipment to foodservice operators. As a broker and manufacturers rep, she sold a variety of specialty foods and beverages into multiple market channels including grocery, retail, club stores, distribution, and natural markets.
As an entrepreneur, she has owned & operated a manufacturing company and a retail establishment. Chocolate Creations began as a start-up and quickly grew into a successful company with national sales and distribution. As the V.P. of Sales & Marketing, she drove sales, marketing and product development. This included business development, corporate sales, contract negotiation, developing chain business, custom food & beverage products, plus private label projects.
For many years, she successfully sold commercial and residential real estate, with Prudential and Berkshire Hathaway, closing multi-million dollars in sales. There she gained additional skills negotiating complex contracts & closing complicated transactions.
Clients have included numerous restaurants, caterers, franchises, hotels & country clubs.
