Speaker- David MacMillan
David began his career as an Assistant CFO, where they successfully implemented Great Plains Dynamics in the accounting department at Horizon West Headquarters in Rocklin. After two years, he transitioned back to self-employment by founding Accountants Outsource, Inc. in Sacramento—a bookkeeping and tax preparation business. During this period, David also taught evening classes in Finance and Statistics at MTI Business School in Sacramento and became a qualified Enrolled Agent (E.A.) in 2011. David went on to establish Q3 Business Services, Inc., which currently provides income tax, business valuation, and due diligence services.
