Eileen Prudhont earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science from San Diego State University and earned the coveted Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation.

Dr. John Prudhont earned his Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) in Financial Management Degree from Northcentral University, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) Degree in Finance from Louisiana State University, Shreveport and graduated with academic honors and membership in the Sigma Iota Epsilon (SIE) Honorary Professional and Business Fraternity. He earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree in History from California State University, Sacramento and graduated with honors on the Dean's Honor List. He also studied contract law and personal property law at Lincoln Law School in Sacramento, California.

Born and raised in San Diego, California, I have been an entrepreneur and business owner since building my first business in North County, San Diego and selling it in 1986. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Computer Science degree from San Diego State University. I am also a licensed Real Estate Broker and Realtor in California and Nevada. I went on to open and operate Merges and Acquisitions (M&A) business brokerages that serve the needs of business buyers and sellers throughout California and Nevada. Most recently, I lived in Dana Point, in Orange County, California, and spread my time between California and Nevada with my husband and business partner, John Prudhont, MBA, who is also an M&A Business Broker, Real Estate Broker, and Mortgage Broker in California and Nevada.
