A major advantage of working with me is that I personally have over twenty years of restaurant experience starting from the bottom up. I managed a number of successful restaurants and chains in California and internationally, and in 2009 I created my own Japanese seafood concept called Skool. We opened our San Francisco location in 2010 and thrived for over a decade. After seeing such success with the Bay Area location, we decided to open a more casual Skool offshoot in Sacramento in 2015. My past experience as a restaurant owner-operator lends me the ability to relate well to both buyers and sellers on a professional level and in overcoming the many obstacles that can arise when putting together a deal.
To date I have been a part of and transacted dozens of restaurant, bar and related hospitality business sales and leases, some including real estate. I have been and will continue to assist my buyers and sellers through sale, escrow and often ABC license transfer process. I even have sold over 25 businesses during the Covid-19 pandemic. Combining my deep knowledge of the restaurant industry and my real estate prowess I am and will continue to focus on this niche of the real estate world.
