Dora Lanza, CBI, M&AMI, CSBA, MEA
Co-founder and a principal of Plethora Businesses, a boutique middle market firm, heads up the company's operations. Her personal practice includes over 25 years of business sales, merger and acquisitions, business valuations and business acquisition financing. She has founded and managed a variety of businesses, including an escrow company, and a multi-state mortgage banking firm with over 189 employees, grown organically and hrough acquisitions.
Dora is a licensed Broker, a certified government underwriter, studied real estate finance at Cal State Fullerton, and has attained the coveted Merger's & Acquisitions Master Intermediary, appraiser certifications in business valuations and machinery and equipment. She is an active member of the California Association of Business Brokers, the International Business Broker's Association, M&A Source, Institute of Business Appraisers, the Society of Business Analysts and the National Equipment Business Broker's Institute.
