CABB Corporate Individual Membership

Thank you for your interest in joining the California Association of Business Brokers. Corporate Individual membership is for Licensed Salespersons or Brokers who are employed with a current and active Corporate member.

In order to join as a corporate individual and receive the 20% discount on the Individual Membership, please enter your discount code in the field. You can get your discount code from the primary contact at your company or by calling or emailing the CABB offices. Your company must first join or renew its membership before a discount code will be issued.

The CABB Board of Directors has approved a new pricing structure for our Broker Members.

Individual members associated with a Corporate Business Account will receive a 20% discount on the following rates:
October - December + Following Membership Year = $750
November - December + Following Membership Year = $706
December + Following Membership Year = $662
January - March = $529
April - $485
May - $441
June - $397
July - $353
August - $309
September - $265

Members who are associated with a Corporate Business Account should obtain a discount code for 20% off their membership dues from the primary member on the Corporate Account and should apply for membership under the Corporate Individual Membership.

All Renewing Members for the 2025 membership year should receive an automatic $50 off of the renewal rate of $529.

All applications are pending until reviewed and approved by the membership committee. Starting April 1st, CABB membership dues are pro-rated.

Membership Refund Policy

If your membership application is not approved, you will receive a full refund of your membership dues and any other payment received associated with your application.

Mandatory Requirement for CABB Membership

Completion of CABB 101: Introduction to Business Brokerage (4 Day Course, 4 hours each day via zoom) is required within 9 months of joining CABB. For a list of upcoming courses, please visit http://cabb.org/events.

Education Refund Policy

Refund Policy: All education fees are non-refundable and must be used within 12 months of the date the payment was received. Any cancellation or no-show less than 14 days before the course will be assessed an administrative fee of $35 to re-schedule the course at a later date. All CABB memberships run on a calendar year. If you choose to Auto-Renew your membership your credit card will automatically renew on December 31, for the following membership year.
