Virtual CABB 101 (4-day course) - Introduction to California Business Brokerage
This 4-day, 12-hour course covers all aspects of business brokerage in California including licensing in California, broker designations, agency, the basics of business brokerage, practicing as a business broker, CABB forms, listing, comps, recasting financials, working with buyers, as well as the selling and escrow processes. All new members are required to take CABB 101 within 9 months of joining.
In order to participate in the virtual education course, all participants are required to:
- Use a laptop with an embedded camera or a desktop computer with an attached webcam/speaker.
- Attend and remain engaged throughout the entire duration (100%) of the 12-hour course as your attendance will be tracked.
- Complete the final exam which will be emailed to you on the last day of the course.
9:00 am - 12:30 pm | Tuesday, December 8 through Friday, December 11, 2020 (4 days)
9:00 am – 10:30 am (1.5 hours)
10:30 am – 11:00 am (30 minutes break)
11:00 am – 12:30 pm (1.5 hours)
Zoom - the webinar information will be emailed out the day prior and the morning of the virtual education course.
