Executive Committee

The Executive Committee (EC) is made up of CABB's board officers: president, immediate past-president, incoming president, treasurer, and secretary. It meets as needed, mainly to address administrative matters and important issues that cannot wait for the next monthly board meeting.

The role of the Executive Committee is to function as an advisory group to the President, to supervise the Executive Director – including compensation and performance and to manage CABB’s relationship with the IBBA.

Areas of Responsibility:

1. Act on behalf of the board to address essential and urgent matters that may arise between board meetings
2. Supervise the executive director; this includes but is not limited to compensation and performance evaluation
3. Manage CABB’s relationship with IBBA
4. Address administrative and other matters deemed necessary by the President
