Bonaventure (Bon) Wakam founded KHAM Inc. (KI) in 1998 and to-date his business brokerage team has managed over 230 successful transactions valued up to $20M. Prior to joining the brokerage industry he had 14 years of experience in manufacturing, engineering and management. In addition to being a licensed California Real Estate Broker, Bon is also a Certified Business Intermediary and Certified Business Broker (CBB). He is a member of the California Business Brokers Association and the International Business Brokers Association.
His successful deals at KI include manufacturing, machining, electronics, aerospace, technology, health care, hardware & software, retail, service, transportation and distribution firms. KI regularly works with clients from all regions of the United States, Canada, Europe and Mexico in addition to other international and overseas customers.
Bon is the past president of the Rotary Club of Ventura South and the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Ventura. He is also a former Board Member of the California Association of Business Brokers.
