Vince Castelluccio is a native of Southern California, a licensed agent specializing in the sale of businesses and commercial property. Vince is a member of the California Association of Business Brokers and an active member of multiple networking organizations and several Chambers of Commerce. For the 18 years prior to joining the Sunbelt team, Vince was the owner and President of a multi-million dollar commercial printing company, which he sold through Sunbelt’s office in Riverside. Vince also co-founded and served as the President of a direct mail marketing and processing company. Vince relates well with entrepreneurs and is effective in presenting business opportunities to prospective buyers who desire the security and benefits of owning their own business and the opportunity to build business equity. Vince is eager to guide business owners through the complex process of selling their business or expanding it by acquiring other businesses. Vince resides in the Inland Empire with his wife of 33 plus years and their two children and one grandchild. Vince is active in his church as a board member, elder and Ministry Teacher & Leader.
