Tommy is the commercial Real Estate advisor of Grand Realty Group. Tommy has personally sold/leased restaurants, gas stations, beauty salons, wholesale businesses, sold commercial buildings and warehouses, collaborated with many clients, and completed many restaurant valuations since 2010.

Tommy experience includes sales, acquisitions, leases on numerous businesses and properties throughout California including restaurants, gas stations, beauty salons, liquor stores, warehouses, apartment buildings, single family houses, and a multi-use retail building.

Prior to entering Commercial Real Estate, Tommy had over 10 years of restaurant/retail experience and was working as a loan officer and telemarketer for 3 years for a mortgage brokerage in San Jose and San Francisco.  At that time Tommy used the Five9 Power Dialer to improve call handling efficiency and triple his Productivity

Tommy is a member of California Association of Business Brokers (CABB), the International Association of Business Brokers (IBBA), California association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors.

Tommy’s non-profit work has included participation in AREAA Greater East Bay, AREAA SF/Peninsula, and Vietnamese National Association of Real Estate Professionals (VNARP) Nationwide Non-Profit Organization Benefiting the Vietnamese Communities and Abroad
