Over 30 years experience in mergers and acquisitions of privately owned businesses in a wide variety of industries, with emphasis on manufacturing, wholesale/distribution, and services with revenues of $5-100 million. I previously held management positions in finance, strategic and financial planning, mergers and acquisitions, operations, and turnarounds at CBS, Pfizer, and Revlon; spent several years in economic, financial, and corporate development consulting; and started two small businesses. I was a founding member of CABB and have served as Secretary, Director, and as Chairman of the Legal and Forms, Public Relations, and Nominating Committees. I hold a BA in economics from Johns Hopkins University and have done graduate work in finance at American University and New York University. I have served as an expert witness in business transactions and valuation in California Superior Court and in arbitrations.
