Dr. Kourt D. Williams is the President and Founder of Commercial & Business (CC&B) Solutions, Inc. Dr. Williams has over 30 years of strategic planning, advisory, and consultng experience and is considered by many to be one of the most ethical and results-oriented broker-advisors in Southern California. His experience spans the areas of wealth management, commercial real estate mortgage banking, business development, community and economic development, and higher education.
Prior to the founding of CC&B Solutions, Inc., Dr. Williams enjoyed successful dual careers as an Executive Coach to Small Business Owners and a Commercial Real Estate Mortgage Broker. He is a lecturer in the College of Business Administration and Public Policy at California State University, Dominguez Hills and adjunct Professor in the Los Angeles Community College District. Kourt serves a Business Coach, Certified Business Broker, and Qualified Kingdom Advisor. He is a member of the California Association Business Brokers, International Business Brokers Association, California Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, Kingdom Advisors (formerly Christian Financial Professionals Network), and the National Ethics Association.
Kourt earned his bachelors degree in Mathematics from UCLA, masters degree in Business Administration from National University, PhD in Education Administration, Curriculum, and Instruction with a specialization in Educational Leadership and Higher Education from the University of Nebraska, Lincoln.
