
Al founded Exit Strategies Group in 2002 to help private business owners exit right and be well rewarded for their life's work. Al focuses on selling $10-100 million revenue companies in the services, manufacturing and distribution sectors. He is a respected industry leader who combines 20+ years of deal-making experience with hard work and attention to detail to get results for clients.
Prior to founding Exit Strategies Group, Al was president of a manufacturer of robotic devices for industrial automation, which was sold to multi-national Danaher Corp (NYSE: DHR). In his corporate career Al made and integrated business acquisitions, developed and launched technology products, formed successful strategic alliances, and built worldwide sales & distribution channels.
Al is a past president of CABB and co-led their forms committee for many years. His industry credentials include Master Merger & Acquisition Intermediary (M&AMI) and Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) accreditations. He has a BS in engineering and an MBA. In his free time you'll find Al somewhere outdoors.
