I have successfully represented many types and sizes of businesses in my community. Selling a business is often a very personal experience for the business owner and can be one of the pivotal transitions of their lifetime. For business sellers I am a steady and knowledgeable partner for the entire process. Buyers need a clear and analytical view of the opportunity and many need a guiding hand through the process of purchasing a business, as for them too this can be a life-changing event.
I have fostered the business sale process many times earlier in my career which led me to become a Business Broker. I started and sold small companies. I joined one company with a half-million dollar revenue base and after four years of growth it was sold to a larger agency for over ten million dollars upon my introduction to the Buyer. I’ve supervised Due Diligence and Integration for the acquisition of numerous product and services companies by a larger competitor. This background on both the selling and buying sides gives me solid experience to draw upon when understanding how to market a business for sale and in structuring transactions that are fair and successful for all parties. As a CABB member and CBB, I have guided the sale of many privately held businesses in industries ranging from manufacturing and services companies with many employees to distribution companies with exclusive supply agreements of technical products to retail oriented product and service businesses. My clients find me thoughtful, sensitive to the human side of selling a business, and a strong negotiator and communicator. I have been part of M&A Business Advisors’ Los Angeles office since 2014 and continually help devise best practices for all of our client interactions.
