He specializes in sales and mergers & acquisitions of manufacturing, distribution, service, technology, and electronics companies and has successfully completed numerous transactions.
Kevin previously held management level positions in several respected domestic and international electronics and distribution companies including: Siemens, Marubeni, Tyco Electronics, Itochu, and Acumen. During this period, he traveled extensively to conduct domestic and international business by bringing total solutions of capital equipment, software, materials and tools and manufacturing processes to his customers in various industries such as contracted manufacturing services, automotive, computer, consumer electronics, medical and health, telecommunication, fiber optics to name a few.
Before Exit Strategies, Kevin was a top producer at Sunbelt Business Advisor for over 10 years. His industry experience helped to facilitate and close successful complex M&A transactions.
As an entrepreneur, he has start-up, acquired, managed, and successfully sold several businesses. Throughout the opportunities and challenges of sustaining and growing these businesses, he understood what’s required to maximize their true value.
Kevin is a member of M&A Source (Merger & Acquisition Source) and CABB (California Association of Business Brokers), and has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing. In his free time, he enjoys traveling and fitness activities with his family.
