Robert Cunio is an accomplished Senior Executive and Entrepreneur with more than 30 years of success across the aerospace & defense and real estate industries. Leveraging extensive experience buying, selling, and franchising businesses, he is a valuable asset for companies looking to growth, both domestically and internationally, through M&A transactions. His broad areas of expertise include divestitures, due diligence, franchise development, P&L, real estate transactions, sales and marketing, and strategic reorganization.
Throughout his executive career, Robert has held leadership positions at companies including Transworld Business Advisors of San Diego Central, Northrop Grumman Corporation, and Space Gateway, LLC. He has been responsible for bringing buyers and sellers together for mutually beneficial opportunities; achieving over $500M in cost savings through operational streamlining and production optimization; doubling new business opportunities through integration of business units into one cohesive sector; and consistently raising shareholder value in publicly-traded companies to exceed expectations.
Robert holds a BS in Business Administration from Salem State University and an MBA with a concentration in Marketing from Bentley University. He has completed courses in Financial Management and Global Strategic Leadership from University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton Business School, Leadership Development from University of Virginia’s Darden Business School, and Northrop Grumman’s Global Business Executive Program.
