Biography

Personal Experience

Sara Vaziri is a licensed business broker and an entrepreneur who understands the value of the hard work you have put into starting and growing your business. Sara earned both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. She also received her Master’s degree in business administration (MBA) to take her business and management skills to the next level as she grew her first business. Sara is a CBB (Certified Business Broker) from CABB and CBI (Certified Business Intermediary) from International Business Broker Association.

Sara’s entrepreneurial journey started with co-founding an engineering consulting firm which she could successfully exit after 12 years when it was at its top as the best in the country in the Steel Industry field.  

Looking to help other entrepreneurs and small businesses, Sara also co-founded a franchise consulting company to help franchise buyers navigate through the franchising process while also providing sales and marketing services to over 300 franchises in various industries. She also helped foreign entrepreneurs to buy franchises for their investment visas and assisted in structuring their deals with franchisors.

Sara brings almost two decades of entrepreneurship, business management, sales, and marketing experience to her current role as a professionally licensed Business Sales Broker. She takes her fiduciary duty as a business broker very seriously and constantly works on gaining more knowledge to provide the best service to her clients. Although she does her best to help any business owner with their exit process, her interest is in selling professional businesses more related to her education and work background.
