Nicolas is a managing partner at Pacifica Advisors, a lower middle market M&A advisory firm for California-based companies with $5 to $150 million in Enterprise Value. Nicolas is a dealmaking expert, having transacted $2.0 billion in businesses and commercial real estate since 2005. Prior to his undertakings at Pacifica, Nicolas was a brand manager at Danone in Canada. He holds a business degree from the HEC Montréal and an M.Sc. in Real Estate from USD. He’s an adjunct professor of finance at USD, and a member of the Urban Land Institute, the Lincoln Club of San Diego, California Association of Business Brokers, and the Burnham-Moores Real Estate Club.
