After more than 35 years in executive leadership within the food industry — serving as President, General Manager, and Vice President of Sales & Marketing — I discovered that my greatest satisfaction came from helping others succeed.

That realization led me to serve as a Counselor with SCORE, where I advised small business owners on growth, operations, and succession planning. Working with entrepreneurs at all stages of ownership inspired a new chapter in my career: business brokerage.

In 2014, I joined LINK Business LA, part of an international brokerage network, and earned my Business Broker’s license in 2018. As Broker of Record there, I had the privilege of working with a team of more than 30 professionals and facilitating transactions across diverse industries — from Truck Stops and Print & Mail Centers to Bakeries, Coffee Shops, and Entertainment Venues. Each sale reinforced my belief that preparation and presentation make all the difference in achieving the best possible outcome.

Today, as Principal of Griffin Business Brokers, Inc., I work directly with business owners who are ready to sell, retire, or move on. My role is to guide them through every step — from valuation and marketing to buyer qualification, due diligence, and a smooth transition after closing.
