Major General (Retired) Eldon Regua, United States Army, last served as deputy commanding general (Wartime), Eighth Army in Yongsan, Seoul, Korea. He was commissioned Air Defense upon graduating from Santa Clara University, with his first assignment in Giessen, Germany. His 36-year Army career included two assignments as Commanding General; 75th Division, Houston, TX and 104th Division, Vancouver, WA.  MG Regua visited Iraq and Afghanistan on numerous occasions from 2006-2010. In 2016, he was appointed by Governor Jerry Brown to serve as a member on the Governor’s Military Council.  In November 2020, MG Regua was nominated by President Donald Trump as Representative of the United States to ASEAN(Association of Southeast Asian Nations) with the rank of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary. He currently serves as a Business Advisor for TransWorld in Modesto, CA
