He represents privately held businesses with revenue between $1 million and $25 million by packaging their business for sale, implementing broad based marketing plans, managing appropriate communication between the parties and counseling on key decisions.
A business broker since 2001 with over 100 successful transaction closed, Mr. Cohen also has an MBA and holds a Certified Business Broker (CBB) designation by CABB.
