How I Find Buyers

Most brokers post your business online and email their database. That's it. I do more. I actively search for buyers on LinkedIn and other platforms, reaching out to people who fit your business profile. I'm constantly marketing and networking to find the right buyer while keeping everything confidential.

I only take on a limited number of listings at a time. When you work with me, you're not competing with 20 other clients for my attention. You get frequent communication and a broker who's completely focused on selling your business.

My Background

Before becoming a broker, I owned and operated my own business. I've also spent years in sales, marketing, business development, and negotiations. I know how to position a business, how to negotiate effectively, and how to get deals closed. I'm selective about which businesses I represent, and I work with owners to price their business right from the start.

A Word of Advice

The business owners who get the best value are the ones who plan ahead. When you're forced to sell quickly because of health issues, burnout, or partnership problems, you lose negotiating power. Buyers can sense urgency, and it costs you money. Even if you're 2-3 years out, start preparing now. Get a valuation, understand what buyers want to see, and position your business properly. That's how you maximize value when the time comes.
