ED FIXEN, CBA, CBB, MBA, PE
I have been honored to be a Director on the CABB Board of Directors and hope to be re-elected for another two-year term.

If re-elected, I will look forward to the opportunity to work with membership and committee members to continue to help CABB support our members and build on our industry-best forms library.  In particular, I’m looking forward to the rollout of the new CABB LOI form and improvements to our current library of forms based on the input of membership and the forms committee.  I’d appreciate your vote and the opportunity to help support CABB to maintain its leadership role as the best state business brokerage association.

STEVE HANSON, CBB
If I am elected to the board of CABB I would like to focus my activities promoting CABB in three fundamental areas.

  1. Education – learning – gaining new insights is a constant activity and I believe all professional business brokers should continue this path.  Enhancing our educational experiences through our annual meetings, courses, workshops, webinars and other means are great opportunities for us to learn.
  2. Professionalism – using CABB as a base for business brokers to demonstrate to fellow brokers and clients that we are professionals and have distinct skills and knowledge as business intermediaries.
  3. Growth – adding to the membership ranks business brokers who are not yet members and bring them into our organization.
